We’ll be at the Ballantyne Resort in Charlotte, NC. The conference will open Monday, April 1 with a welcome reception beginning at 6 pm and an event of superhero proportions. April 2 and 3 will be full days, morning till evening, so we encourage you to fly in on April 1 and fly out April 4.

Paula Guilfoyle


Paula Guilfoyle’s passion is helping people succeed and companies profit. As the Founder and President of Claim Leadership, she is an expert on thinking and behavioral change that has transformed teams and cultures.

Christopher Sebes


Christopher Sebes has spent his entire career in hospitality management and technology.  He received a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management in England and managed hotels and restaurants on three continents including multi-unit restaurant operations in Europe and the US.  He created the first Microsoft Windows point-of-sale company, Twenty20 Visual Systems, which he sold to Radiant Systems.  He went on to become the CEO of Progressive Software before founding XPIENT in 2004.  XPIENT was sold to Heartland Payments Systems in 2015 and he was tapped to become the President of Heartland Commerce, a major player in restaurant and retail management technology. Today Christopher is the President of Xenial Inc.

Tracy Gallimore


Tracy Gallimore has committed much of his career to restaurant technology in roles spanning Professional Services, Operations, and Sales for restaurant software brands including Progressive Software, XPIENT, Heartland Commerce, and Xenial. Tracy's innate competitive nature and aptitude for relationship building have been the dual drivers that have contributed to the success of both the customers and the organizations he has served. Today, as VP of Sales and Operations, Tracy is passionate about developing a strong, high-performing, customer-driven organization serving well-known national brands such as Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, Panda Express, Whataburger, Panera, and Steak 'n Shake.
